Vkalpa Return & Exchange Policy

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours from delivery. We will provide a replacement depending on availability.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours from delivery. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund.

Incorrect Size: If you receive an item in the incorrect size, please contact our customer support within 48 hours from delivery. We will assist you with an exchange, subject to size availability.

Return & Exchange Process:

Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team via vkalpa23@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo of the defective or incorrect item, and a brief description of the issue. Alternatively, you can log in using your email address and, under the 'Menu Bar', navigate to the 'Orders' section to request a return.

Shipping: We will provide you with a return shipping label. Please pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. 

Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and initiate the replacement or refund process.


Important Notes:

Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be covered by Vkalpa for defective or incorrect items.
